I'm looking for a good factory tileset that doesn't replace existing tiles.

You can make any tileset "not replace existing tiles" by renaming the image file and adding a .txt with any properties you want and an .ini so it shows up in the editor.

enter that for example at google:

(what it does it to "scan" THAT mentioned site for that keyword way, here "factory tileset", more efficient than a regular search)

google then might already show you some promising looking thumbnails
