Rocket Barrel in SMBX2?

I'm working on an episode, but I don't know much lua. can someone who DOES know lua make a Rocket Barrel NPC like the one from Tropical Freeze? or at least tell me how to make one? it'd be nice if you could make it change the music when it's mounted, but that's not required.
