That is a fun trick, but I want to focus on the physics of the box and not the player.

I think the last section with how you grab an inaccessible star is quite brilliant. Quite a good find.

The rest are fine. More like trial and error every time you die due to the box breaking. I had the problem right after grabbing the 1st checkpoint, where I have to reset the level to reset the switch state to proceed. A lot of manual death you have to take just to proceed to the next checkpoint before everything is gone. It is quite unfriendly to the player.
