Restrict player's costumes to the ones exclusive to an episode

So, as the title says, I wanted to know if it's possible to restrict the characters' costumes ton ones that are exclusive to an episode/project.
For example, I was thinking in using the Mario slot to have 2 different costumes and the episode will only use 2 costumes and not the ones that are used globally.
Could someone do that for me? Please?

Edit: I forgot to mention that the initial idea was to use the costume block in an episode. So I wanted to restrict/limit the costumes just for that episode.
