Or, in SMBX 2.0's case, The Lakitu's are Throwing Lakitu's Page is always unlocked. either way, nice to see a list of Cheat codes for SMBX, even if it disables saving

Without Lua you can't completely alter the NPC mechanics, only their graphics and specific properties (through scripts). And this thread doesn't explain how spriting works, check the guide for spriting.

I found a cheat it's called "health" it changes the amount of hits an NPC can take. I don't know if it works in 2.0, though.

As said, enter the words right when playing (sounds weird but that's just how it is). Also it may take some practice to do this blindly so don't be too frustrated of some failed attempts.
