[Industrial/Cave] Half Rotation Station

My final antics for SLAM, likely.

-2 exits
-no player filters
-no dragon coins
-difficulty ranges from 3/5 to 4/5
-contains credits file and many many index 0 firebars

this is very difficult, but neat. there is a lot to keep track of all the time. my playthrough took 20 minutes, and i still don't understand what blue coins mean. please use the coin block reprieves between setups to give the player a powerup.

The blue coins were used some times to indicate where you could press up, but can serve the purpose of "haha bonus coins" thing; I'll either remove them or make their purpose more obvious. I'll also add power-ups when I... well, when I can.
I'm glad I reached the level difficulty I was aiming for, though! Thanks for playing.
