Would this bootleg theme from a Sintax Gameboy Advance bootleg game fit with a factory level?
That depends. Would you want the level to have a happier mood? The beat is heavy and industrial, as one would expect, but the main melody itself is a lot more jovial and cheery. So it depends more on what mood you want.
If, by chance, you're looking for something far more oppressive and sinister, I'd recommend Nuts n' Bolts from Donkey Kong Country 3
I need help for a level music suggestion. I need two themes suitable for two cutscene levels: One of them which Mario will bond with a new partner as he walks through. (A calm theme which would give some feels of bonding with someone) The other one is when Mario and his new partner talk as they approach to the first castle. (Like a silence before the storm feeling)

Sorry for not telling it more detailed. For the first one, Mario and his partner have actually met and worked together for a while but Mario doesn't know who exactly he is. His partner is actually a spirit who clinged onto a sign post after getting killed by the main antagonist. (Of course, it is not known by them yet, they learn it as they progress)
In the first cutscene, Mario asks about his partner's past and he answers little as he doesn't remember much and believes collecting the power stars would grant fragments of his final memories. So, I'd prefer a less upbeat, but still cheerful theme.
In the second cutscene, Mario and his partner slowly approach towards the first fortress and they talk about their plan to storm the fort. The theme would be calm and sinister at the same time. (Actually I found a theme for that, but I doubt if it fits that well at all so I need a suggestion for that as well)
Well, about that first thing, This story can remind me of yu yu hakusho because of that he is a spirit, It's reminds me wjen Yusuke met Botan. (But you also could tell me how does it looks like.) So I suggest you to find something of the ost of yu yu hakusho.
About the second thing, I still think the YI thing can fit to it.

Well, the spirit was indeed a sage who gave travellers advice before he died. But he will have an important role in the project's story as it goes on. Also thanks, I will check out the OST of the game you told me.

For the second Theme I would suggest the Koopa Bros Fortress from PM64.
