I haven't really seen a proper Waluigi playable out there, so I took it upon myself to make a good one! This also replaces Luigi, heads up!

This Luigi is a reskin by me giving him a bit of a modern touch, expect to see this costume along with the Mario version I made as they will be updated and reappearing in future packs by me!

While I'm also not the biggest Fan of this Waluigi, mostly because he smiles the
entire time like a Villain and Waluigi became Good in my Heroes Timeline pretty
early, your post is kinda irritating and maybe even a bit hurtful.

Well if we're gonna be safely honest, the post wasn't even hurtful. Second, Waluigi smiles because thats a signature trademark of his, plus I didn't make the sprites, another individual did.
