Why do people use coloured text

I believe that as long as the color is readable, (Not bright colors or neon) then it should be allowed.

And that report will most likely be ignored since no harm has been done.

Also imagine reporting someone because they used some color in their message.

Did you know that a post that annoys you does not inherently violate the rules (which is what the report button is for).

To beautify their words enticing and prepossessing enough to attract others.
Also, using coloured text help make the post more charming and lively, instead of that drabbing and monotonic black.
