Much like my WTF gaming moments thread, share some of the happiest gaming moments you (the members of the SMBX community) had throughout your life. Moments can vary from:
A upcoming video game has a special feature you were hoping for years
Obtain a game you were hoping to possess
They announced a character you were hoping will be available for DLC for the game
etc.
Well, I'll share 2 of the most happiest gaming moments I ever had, since the list will be a little too long if I include more:
The happiest gaming moments with Sonic Heroes up to this date are my 120K score in Ocean Palace and my 157K score in Final Fortress (both Team Dark). Just two years ago I didn't believe that these scores were possible at all
I was happy when they announced the Sans Mii fighter costume and music.
Honestly, I just really want someone from Undertale in Smash Bros, and I think it would be awesome to have a fully playable Indie rep.
Yesterday, I was on Twitter browsing around, and I discovered that the upcoming SEGA AGES game, SEGA AGE: Sonic the Hedgehog 2, has a feature where you can play as Knuckles the Echidna*! And that's the one & only(Nintendo Switch) thing I was excited for!
*I know you can play as Knuckles in Sonic 2 HD on iOS & Android phones and tablets, but I betcha the SEGA AGES port has Ring Keeper mode! ^^"
When the King of Cards and Showdown update for Shovel Knight T.T. came out of nowhere. And a more shocking moment is when I was fishing in Terraria, and opened up an Iron Crate, and got a Falcon Blade.
When I killed 4 people in a SkyWars match (Minecraft)
When I wasn't able to get past the first half of Theory of Everything 2, I suddenly reached 81% (Geometry Dash)
Got 3 crowns in Hungarian Rhapsody No.6 (Piano Tiles 2)
In SMBX, it's always great to finish and release something.
successfully homebrewing my 3ds. its worth it. Custom themes,emulators,ctgp7 ect. Also that online item hack mario kart 7 has is really fun to use even though I completely ruin the fun for people actually playing the game lol.
I recently had this happy gaming moment when playing beta 4 yesterday, when I noticed that the game DIDN'T crash when I play with a USB plug in controller. ^^"
Beating All the Shovel Knight songs in Just Shapes and Beats dashless, I only have an A rank, and it's on normal, I may update this post in the future.
Hearing Super Mario Galaxy's, Supar Mario Galaxy 2's and Super Mario 3D World's soundtracks. They have some of the best songs in the series in my opinion.
Just noticed that MK11 is getting a second story mode (A.K.A. Aftermath Story) coming soon. And I was hoping that since the entire game's story was very beautiful imo
