Sonic CD Palmtree Panic - Bad future background

Good day to everyone! I wanna ask anybody who would making background for SMBX (it is no matter which, the main thing is that animated). I'll give this sprite sheet with background of this zone from Sonic CD. There is too much object, but it is only about background with animated waterfall. If anybody can - please do it, i think it will be useful.
