Johnny Test isn't the absolute worst show i've ever seen but those whip crack noises annoyed the shit out of me even as a kid

The show isn't much like Dexter's Laboratory in any way either

I dunno if this is unpopular or not (it's probably not) but I'll post it anyway. I have two neighbors who are 11 and 13 years old, and they already learned to drive vehicles of any kind. The 11 year old guy (who's actually annoying and rude as hell) keeps teasing me because I'm two years older than him and I still haven't learned to drive yet (he actually feels quite proud of that). They may be phisically ready to drive, but I think they are not in legal ambits. Because, what if something happens to them, like if they have a car accident or hurt anyone? Being under 18 (and really far from 18) they can't really take care or respond about anything. That's quite a big irresponsibility from their parents.

I'm getting tired of him saying these kind of stuff about me so I'm about to tell him my opinion, but at the same time I feel I shouldn't.
