Statue Leaf Tanooki Suit

Hi, lads! I thought I'd make a simple graphic request.

Basically, I need some help with a small edit because for my next project I'd like to have Tanooki Mario and Tanooki Luigi wear a scarf like with the Statue Leaf item from 3D Land.

Examples (clearer example with toad because I was struggling to find a good Mario example):

(No need to redo the entire suit for Luigi unless you really want to. Just showing this to show his scarf is green instead.)

Optionally, I'd love it if their statue forms also looked more like the 3D Land one. Another example of that here:

It should probably be as simple as editing the original sprite images for Tanooki Mario and Tanooki Luigi. Preferably in .png format because I'm currently using the MAGLX3 build which uses .png files for the custom graphics with transparency so no mask is needed, which is more convenient.

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this. If you have any questions for me or need more info, don't hesitate to ask either here or in a PM. Thanks in advance!

I never made custom playables. Can i give it a go?

As you said its only the bandana (as i assume) and i only need to edit the tanooki power up file.

Not that huge... i guess ill do it!

But the statue is another project too. Ill make Mario first, then Luigi, then maybe both their statues.

Dude you just surprised me, nice job! I also make graphics with MS Paint Aseprite, it's easy to use and I do some very good edits but if I want to make my own sprites they never end up as I expect...

Hmm. Looks like discord images. Might be able to get them once I get home.

EDIT: I did manage to fish them out, but there were some...interesting decisions that were made, so I'm going to fix them up and send them at a later date.
