Have you thought of implementing a "Serious Discussion" subforum for "Sandbox" where less casual (still appropriate) stuff could be talked about?

I've seen topics in the Sandbox forum that are about less casual things, like politics and what's happening on the news.

But with maglx3, you can't really release episodes because of the bugs, right? Which means without beta 3, we can't release new episodes...

The beta 3 download is still up, though... We just don't need a thread for bug reports on it anymore.

Signatures can't contain large images. If you have an image in your sig that is more than 150px high it won't go through.

Which threads do you mean? If a thread follows the rules it should be fine and stay up.

Those threads don't get locked or removed for no reason, the people who make them still do something wrong because they didn't read the rules throroughly

Signatures can't contain large images. If you have an image in your sig that is more than 150px high it won't go through.

My current images still display, I guess they're all less than 150px. But how do I verify this when I want to change my sig? Do I just need to reupload them?

That shouldn't be necessary. I'd check your images because the check for image height only happens when updating your sig and not every time your signature is displayed.

Call me psycho, but I might think the NEW signature limit of 500 characters might be a bit "too little" for us to show what SMBX projects and graphic packs the member supports imo…. But if it's for the best, then so be it!

999 was way too much, 500 is more than most forums allow, so it's closer to where it should be. Signatures are meant for small quotes and maybe a few links, not a gallery and full profile. If you take out the clutter everything you support should fit.
