Ok, I'm here to confirm this is not a virus, just downloaded it... it is, in fact, a level.
A very bad level
It has a lot of enemy spam, enemy spam... and enemy spam. The level evolves around going into different sections of the level with different types of enemy spam, they don't match at all and it just feels like i'm trying to survive from a 6 year old spamming bullet bills and koopas. I would not recommend this level
