This new forum will allow you to play more games as well as host games without having to worry about winning a poll. Sidegames will run at the same time as normal games. Here's how it works:
- Post your sidegame in the sign-up topic
- Only one Game Master needs to approve your game to get it moved to the queue
- Once your game is in the queue wait until it gets to the top
- A Game Master will notify you when you can post a topic for your game. You must post your game within 24 hours or the next person waiting will be notified and you will have to resubmit
- After you have posted your game you will have 48 hours to acquire enough users to start. If you do not have enough people to run your game at the end of the 48-hour sign-up phase you will be unable to host that game and the next user in the queue will be notified to start their topic
- These games will be hosted and played in the same style as normal Mafia games
In terms of rules for making and hosting games, they are as follows:
- At this point in time for these games it is recommended 10-14 players (however this isn't required), as these games are to be played on the side and do run at the same time as normal games. Please remember that when making games as there will not be extensions for the 48-hour sign-up period even if an official game is running
- Please don't stall posting your game while an official game is running or for other reasons. The 24-hour posting period will be enforced
- You cannot have more than one game in the queue at a time
- You may be asked to make changes to your game and it will be added to the queue based on the time your game was fixed, not the time it was originally posted
- You cannot submit the same game again if it did not acquire enough users to start unless given specific permission from a Game Master via Private Message (PM); this includes if you have edited your game
- You cannot change your game more than once (besides minor edits) after it has been approved and put in the queue
