Well, it's definitely different, but it does look good. I might have a play around with your version and see what I come up with from there. I mean the shading is pretty much spot on, just needs a little bit of refining on the cheek and the top of the dome but other than that it looks pretty nice.

Also Witchking666, King Bill is grey, but they have a red hue around them in the NSMBWii and NSMBU which gives them a slightly brown appearance.
Oh, I always thought they were brown. Also Prox, since you made King Bill, will you also draw Banzai Bill and Bullet Bill? You arent exactly known to make a lot of NPC's so I am just wondering.

the cheek was kind of hard to do. I think I know how I can improve it though.

Huff N' Puffer (Blue Puffer Fish)

Sprite Updates:
- Frontal View of Fish to be used in place of the Geyser Guppy sprite.
- Geyser Guppy sprite has been scrapped.

That looks so cool! I like how you redesigned the Cheep Cheep, Deep Cheep and Eep Cheep to versions sporting diving gear.
The only thing I dont really like is how the jellyfish' tentacles don't have an outline, but I guess it's look fine when used in your levels. Also, will you add a blooper-esque enemy? I think it'll look really cool in-game if you would have some squid wearing scuba gear chasing you. Great Job on these!

There's a reason why the jellyfish tentacles have no outline, but until I finish the updates to their extra effects it probably won't seem clear as to why. Basically the background in most levels that they will feature in will have a dark or black background, so I want the tentacles to stand out. They will also glow and flash sort of like a Jelectro. I won't be adding a Blooper enemy as I don't really want this to look too much like a Marino clone, despite the fish having some resemblances to the Cheep Cheep family. I will be adding an octopus enemy however, which wears scuba goggles, but I'm still figuring out what sort of AI it will have. There's still a few other aquatic NPCs I have made which haven't been shown so far, but them with a number of others will be revealed shortly. :)

I dont really like the treetrunk though. It looks very artificial because of the square shapes you used as texture. Also, there isnt much shading on the trunk since the lightest colour is used everywhere except for the far right of the tile.

It's intentional since he's trying to make it digital since it's a megaman tileset
