I agree, that level looks great and I can tell it will be fun to play, I think the red on the tileset looks awesome.

Here's a very useful tip from me.

Don't give the Coins the exact same colors as the damn tileset. Especially when you make them look like rocks.

On topic, I think that the level looks really cool! It reminds me alot of The Invasion 2, with it's many vanilla levels, and I also seem to remember there being part of levels in TI2 where you were sliding down long pathways! I always liked those parts, and this looks cool too!

There are no new power ups in this screen... because gif likes to mess up the colors for some odd reason.

Thanks and yeah... not that many levels seems to go with a sliding based section like this. Sliding based sections are fun to make.

The level reminds me of one of the older lava levels, I like how it came out.
For a gimmick however maybe a sort of switching gimmick, platforms into harmful objects.
