This Is A Episode That I Am Making Called "Toad And The Lost Journey".

Mario And Luigi Are Captured By Bowser And One Toad Refuses To Panic.
Can This Young Mushroom Guy Save Them Or Will Bowser Capture The Mushroom Kingdom For Good?!

There will be 114 Levels.
That's the same amount of levels in Super Mario 3D World.

UPDATE: I decided to open some spots for GFX designs and music suggests, I will design the levels, since a 114 level project can't be done by one person by the date that I have set up.
I don't want this project to die, but I will also help with same in a few parts.

Blue Fire - Replacing The Fire Flower. It Let's You Shoot Blue Fireballs.
Sm3dl/Sm3dw Super Leaf - It's Pretty Much Just The Tanooki As The Raccoon Power-Up.
Freeze Flower - The Same As The Ice Flower, But I Might Do Something Different With The The Ice Block.
Invisible Cap - The Sm64 Cap Returns As It Makes You Invisible (Based On The Reskin From Mario Adventure).
Bard Suit - If You Are Familiar To Adventure Time Or Simply A Fan, You Might Be Familiar To Card Wars. You Throw Your Guitar Around That Acts Like A Boomerang.
The Worlds Will Be:

World 1 will be a plains world (35% done)
World 2 Will Be Based On SML (not started)
World 3 will be the beach (5% done)
World 4 Will Be Snow (not started)
World 5 will be a dungeon like world (5% done)
World 6 Is When Toad Is Sent To The Movie Monsters Inc. (not started)
World 7 will be a mixture of sky and factory (2% done)
World 8 Will Be A Lava/Castle World (not started)
I am also thinking about the special worlds, but that will be revealed later ;)
Music will be unknown besides the ones from Nintendo.

Yellow Blocks Are Made By Me.
Credit goes to Bmatsantos from MFGG for the SMB3 logo font.
Credit also goes to Sednaiur for the Smb1 forest tileset.
The Sir Kibble and the Waddle Dee GFX are from Mudkip's level the Amplitude Area.
PGE will be used for some playable character and npc edits so credit also goes to Wohlstand for the awesome PGE stuff.

Expected to be released: 5/14/16

The list of music won't be shown until it is 100% done.
I am almost done with world 1 and world 2 is being started.

I think that you shouldn't use NES graphics with SNES ones, it looks bad. Looks pretty decent otherwise.

The levels look like they need some work, they clash and they cutoff, And Stop Talking Like This It's Confusing.

I Have Now Made The Logo For My Project And I Have Some More News Coming Soon.
The Toads In The Background Are All Going To The Replace An Offensive Power-Up.

This looks a bit okay for a starter, you should remove the 8-bit graphics, because they don't fit in 16-bit themed levels. Without them the design would be better.

A Power-Up That Is Used To Attack Enemies.

I hate it when people ignore criticism.
The lava in the second screen make a lot of cutoff, and the giant 8-bit SMB2 rock looks terrible in the environment, if you want people to like your game, you should fix the problems.

(I Knew Those Yellow Block Weren't Ment To Exist! :P)
Anyways, I'll Soon Make A Better Block Replacing The Ridiculous Yellow Ones.
I Did Take Out The 8-Bit Shy Guy GFX So I Will Make A Better Screenshot Soon.
And Finally, I'll Be In Canada For The 4th Of July Weekend, So I Will Show Anoher Screenshot After The Weekend.

Edit: Sorry For How Long It Took. I Was Visiting A Friend Of Mine To "Settle Stuff In SMASH!" And I Finally Made Two Screenshots To Replace The Old Ones.

Second edit: I am still keeping the yellow blocks, but there won't be a lot of them.

Hello, everyone!
This project is still living (Yay) and tomorrow is my birthday!
I am so excited!!!!!
Anyways, I will be making a screenshot of world 7 pretty soon.
And the Monsters Inc. world will be based on the GBC video game.
EDIT: I made a new screenshot of world 7.
EDIT 2: Since that there will be 114 levels, I already know that world 6 will be the most difficult to make. :P
Also, I will be on a camping trip for next week (July 19).

I have added a new screenshot of World 1-5 which is a level that makes me think of Cony island.
There will be a small level at the beginning of the episode with a cutscene.

So far, I finished world 1-1 and the intro level.
I am working on world 1-2 and the world map and I am planning on world 1-3 to have a secret exit.

EDIT: I will be on a camping trip and I think I said that before....
Anyways, 1-1 is 100% complete, 1-2 is 45% complete and the entire project in total is 9% complete.
While I am away, feel free to post your thoughts and criticize if you guys want to.

EDIT 2: I am doing some important stuff so I will show some progress of the project on Thursday.

EDIT 3: I am still working on this, but there won't be another screenshot until I finish world 1.

(Double post in order to save space)

I will like to share some beta secrets of this project.

Decmeber 2014:

I started SMBX during August and I have been thinking of something for a while since November.
I eventually decided to make a project and it was originally named: Toad's Amazing Adventure.
I made a list of 8 bosses which were:

1-Giant snake (From Wario land 2, my favorite Wario land game.)
2-forgot
3- Eye Guy (A creature from Adventure Time: Card Wars that would have been a boss for this world.)
4-Koopalings (This would have been if I found the GFX where they are all in a giant Koopa car.)
5- Meta Knight (STTB2 and boss rushes had used him already, but I eventually wanted him to be in just like in KSS.)
6-Randall and Waternoose (Only boss ideas that suvived the restart of the project.)
7- Maja (Because I thought that the Litch would make it seem like that the episode would end here.)
8- An evil Toad (Don't ask....)

I forgot about boss 2.
When the project was restarted, I scrapped all but the 6th boss and thus far, Evil Toad was replaced with Bowser.

I am making boss 1 a simply new boss and I'll think about all the other ones.
And I will post a screenshot of the W1 map when all the world 1 levels are done.

I have decided a boss for World 1!

Prince Leaf:

A young man who has a leaf on his head similar to leafy's body from BFDI.
He will replace Smb 1 Bowser and the the leaves will replace both the hammers and the fireballs.
His desing will be similar to Lucas from Mother 3 and the boss music will be the boss theme from KRTDL.

Expect some more updates pretty soon!

EDIT: I will be needing a bit of help for a project like this.
I will be making GFX and chosing music, but if I can't decide the music, that when I will need someone.
I will be making GFX for npcs and blocks mostly.
If you know how to use the PGE tool for editing playabe characters, your'e hired!

EDIT 2: I'll be on vacation for the summer and I'll be back on September.
If anyone wants to join, PM me and I'll PM you when I get back to see what you can do for this project.
