Two facts that makes me look retarded compared to now:

1. It was originally a blank file, I thought it was going to recognize its design (pretty dath huh?), I suddenly saved it as an empty file so I had to do it again.

2. In the lava ride, there was originally a corner piece so it would get stuck (expected to hope it would go over it).

Not sure what you were trying to say, but MaGL X does put the last-place levels first, just like the Tower of Biases.

I'll give you this: you understand what you did wrong. Which means, if you try again, you know what not to do for next time. That's a good thing, and despite the many dirks in your level, you do have some good ideas.

Message of the Day: The ideal for me is to actually CHOOSE which level I want, but that has the drawback of me starting from the best, working down, and stopping before I play the shittier levels.

VLDC is probably the best we're going to get. It sorts the best levels into Best, the worst levels into Worst, and then it randomly spreads the rest of the levels into separate themes. Even if that doesn't sound all that impressive, what is is that you are given the choice not to play any level. HOWEVER, to get the 100% bonus, you have to finish all the exits. (that isn't kaizo shit because fuck kaizo shit)

Like this, you are given a choice to skip over the crappier levels and just play the ones that sound good, and you are given an incentive to finish all of them. Nothing is forced.

Course, I myself play all these levels because I have to. But not everyone is me. Not everyone is a mariosfag that just runs his face into levels until he eventually figures out they're all shit. There are other people out there. Appeal to them. Give them a choice.

DarkMatt sez: Something tells me you didn't playtest this. There's a couple of jumps that are either really unfair or impossible without a little help. Then there's all the shit I pointed out in the screenshot that I did not want to do. (And that probably isn't all of them.) I didn't finish this level. Somehow, someway, this level looks like it'd be simple but it has incredibly subtle ways to break your balls. I have to applaud this guy's ways, but I have to take points off, especially for the more grating shit he did. Pick a gimmick and stick with it next time.

In the end, the player loses instead, because some of the bugs that spring up are ridiculous and NOT COOL. THANKS RUDEGUY. Not to mention Mario Galaxy music than SMW Scrap Brain Zone music. GOOD MUSIC CHOICE. Shitty resized backgrounds as well. I think that Doomsday Zone background might be mine but it's been butchered. Regardless, I do not approve of this sort of treatment.

Right now I have removed SnagIt from my bag of tricks and have used just the recorder included in Camtastia along with its studio for capturing raw footage and editing it into gifs.

It's probably a step down in terms of quality, but it's much easier to use, and I could use every point of ease-of-access.

For the things Camtasia can't do, I just deploy an image editor. Since I'm an old fart that means I use something like Jasc Paint Shop Pro. Any image editor that can save transparent .pngs fits the bill though. This is mainly just for the text overlays because Camtasia's bad at being a video editor.
