Like I said before, I really liked the levels.
You managed to make good looking levels that were fun to play and you didn't go for the lazy route of fixing linearity (except for once, but that's just a nitpick).
The secrets are well hidden and the NPC placement is good. (careful though with putting enemies close to the start, like that one goomba in S1)
If there's one thing to note is the difficulty. It starts at about a typical world 2 or 3 difficulty in an actual mario game and some levels felt as if they were powerup-starved. (primarily level 2).
