"At the foot of where we are brought together" Yeah, I'm gonna agree with you. SMBX brought us together (we are the SMBX community after all), so this is probably SMBX-related
"The portal to the realm of discovery awaits" Has something new been discovered?
"12:00 AM." 12:00 AM is midnight. It definitely isn't 12:00 AM as it is literally, so it's probably got to do with Midnight Reality or something else relating to midnight.

So based on this, Midnight Reality might be a new SMBX platform along the lines of PGE and VSMBX, but I'm not sure. Also, considering we should be super hyped about it, it definitely has to be a major announcement on the horizon.
