Help with this level

So I have a level idea, and I want to make a gimmick where there is an area where you are walking upside down like Super Mario Galaxy Bowser's Dark Matter Galaxy. How would I go about using LunaLua.dll to do so?

You can make a separated section that basically is upside down without the use of LunaDLL nor LunaLua. All you need to do is using instant warps that teleports you to another section that is upside down

You'd need LunaLua to make mario walk upside down.

Well of course but I was just saying that you can make sure that the whole section is upside down rather than the player... so more simplier than LunaLua stuff since with LunaLua it's even more complicated to even do such a thing like this.

The idea is cool, but SMBX is way too limited, and it'd be a bit too awkward to try and implement it, sorry. If someone can show me a good example, I'll change my mind.

You'd probably have to make mario's sprites invisible, abuse drawImageToScene to re-render mario upside-down & sideways, and then program bowser's bossfight.

My main goal is to make Mario walk upside down. I am a computer programmer, but I'm just wondering if it is possible for me to do so.

What you are saying makes sense, however I want mario to walk on the ceiling. This will have to be trial and error I guess.

Yeah, you'd have to reprogram mario's physics as well.
