We're bound to compare this to the fan-made editors. Mario Maker is missing some basic things that the fan-made editors have like slopes, overworld water physics, scripts, world map... And the level type choices are quite limited as well, missing some obvious types like desert and woods. But I understand Nintendo's choice to focus on the enemy/tile diversity rather than more complicated things. It's aimed at kids, afterall, with the editor/hacking communities clearly in mind as well. But mostly kids.
Despite being limited in some aspects compared to SMBX, I still want to buy it. It's the official Mario editor after all, made by Nintendo. The creators of Mario probably know what a fun Mario editor is like. I'm sure I'll enjoy making and sharing a few levels with it, even with the limitations. You don't necessarily need scripts to make a fun level, or to have fun making a level.
The rest of this post is fine, but this doesn't make much sense. Especially the first sentence. Being official doesn't make something automatically better. There are cool things in SMM, but the sentence itself doesn't have to be true.

Smash Bros, Fire Emblem, Mario Kart, Splatoon, New Super Mario bros 2/wii u are all games that have gotten updates, be them free content updates or paid dlc.....

Are you really suggesting that SMBX as it is now, should not allow you to use tiles from other sets? Because that would mess up the ability to use custom graphics which can be set all over the place. I understand the point is to deter clashing, but that would be a bad idea if it was implemented the way I'm thinking it would.

Valtteri lost me at not being able to mix styles being how it should work in SMBX because I don't see how you would do that without removing custom graphics. While those don't always add much, they're a viable creative option and throwing them away doesn't seem like a good solution to a problem that criticism alone can fix.

I think the second sentence you bolded informed the first sentence much more than your inference does. He didn't say "it's official; therefore it's better" after all. I read it more as "the official Mario Maker by the people who created Mario probably know what a fun editor is like."
And, they probably do know what a fun editor is like. From what I remember, they wanted an editor is to streamline their own processes and I would guess that they probably saw its potential as a game when they started having fun using it.

The style switch would work in SMBX if there was a separate "palette" for custom graphics. You would be restricted to one official style of your choice, but you could use stuff from a palette that has all the custom graphics that are applied to the level.

I think, someone already told that I will say:
SMBX designed for PC platform, MM designed for a Wii U. Because PC platform is a world common, SMBX can have huger potential auditory. Also, Wii U selling not in each country and also not so popular in countries where even it selling (for example, in Russia Nintendo platforms except NES [which was a Chineese clone with "Dendy" brand, designed like to Japanese Famicom with similar cartridges], even Nintendo now officially selling their production in Russia, their production is popular firstly for a their fans, and Zelda series is more popular than Mario, and Nintendo platform in Russia has more popularity between teenagers or adults [who met with NES while was children]). In the Russia most popular game console is a Sony PlayStation

May I ask why? Imagine it was like in Mario Maker where while you were restricted to one style all the enemies and objects were available in all styles. Would you still want to have something like, say, a Mario 1 Goomba in a Mario 3 level?

Well of course being restricted to one style can help new users prevent clash and the likes, but I think for advanced users it's more useful to have more than one style available. Some styles go rather well together, and you can combine and use them to create really unique levels. That's what I like about SMBX. You have no restrictions. And if you just want to use just one style, you can do just that. That's why the tiles are sorted into different style sections.

But this is hypothetical anyway. I think the system works for Mario Maker because unlike Super Mario All-Stars, there's no uniform similarity between the styles whatsoever and the clash would be glaring and there wouldn't be any opportunity to add much by allowing this. SMBX, by contrast, can almost be absolved of any similarity to Mario beyond its core physics and gameplay with custom graphics. I don't think I'd want either to be more like the other. I don't want custom graphics in Mario Maker any more than I want to race penis logos in Mario Kart DS. Whereas with SMBX, clash has never been so much of a big deal to me that I'd intentionally limit any designer's ability to make conscious, discerning choices with their own unique designs. I also believe clash can be used as a means to depict things that are otherworldly to the environment.

Even the best episodes mix styles. Like Marina said, some styles look really good together. A lot of SMB1 stuff works with both SMB2 and SMB3, and there is literally no reason (aside from "oh no, clash!", which is a pretty poor reason) to restrict the user from using all the graphics in one level.
Mario Maker is a bit different. Not only do the graphics change between styles, but the physics and gameplay actually changes as well. You have the spin jump in SMW, the wall jump in NSMB, etc. so it makes more sense. Plus, every tile has a counterpart in every graphic style, so there's no reason to mix them because each style has a graphic for everything.
