.lvl file missing

Postby Hoshi_No_Kabbi » Wed Apr 22, 2015 7:39 pm

This may be a stupid question, but when i save a .lvl file with the level editor it saves normally, but when i search it on the directory it doesn't appear.
For example: I saved a level called "mushroomkingdom.lvl" on C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/SMBX/Worlds/(whatever name of episode)/, so then, i wanted to post it in the forums, so, i start searching the file in C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/SMBX/Worlds/(whatever name of episode)/, and once i open the folder where i saved my level, i notice that is missing, so i try to fix it. Everything i can do don't work, the .lvl file only opens with SMBX: Level editor.
That's it, that's my problem. Help please!

Run SMBX with Admin rights!

Better (to allow using of SMBX without admin rights):
1) goto "Control Panel" -> "Folder Properties", gonna into "View" tab and disable "Simple/Easy shared access".
2) when open "C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/SMBX" folder with right mouse button and choice "Shared access and security"
3) open "Security" tab and open click "Edit". Check "Full access" to "Users" group.
4) Save properties, Apply to all files in sub-folders
retry to save file!
