Wouldn't you need to be following me in order to "join in" on placing TNT? If you were avoiding me why would you join in on something that I was doing? Also, if I was placing TNT how could I have been following you around? How come you were already in the castle wall? Why wouldn't you just screenshot me placing TNT, and activation? I only ask the last question because it was expected of me, so it's a bit rhetorical but I'd still like to know regardless.

I'm going off of memory. Since you have creative you can stock your own chests, as my screenshots of your chests are out of date. I've got the general tower part done and the "MEME" text, with cows and everything set up. I could only recall one or two signs so there's that. The rest should be easy enough since it's all just ladders and dirt paths.

That's actually an issue I would take to a forum-level but I'm not in any position to do so nor would it make sense at this time. You shouldn't have deleted posts in the first place no matter who posted it because it all contributes to the discussion at hand. Secondly, I shouldn't be the one giving the okay for you to delete posts or not, and I wouldn't imagine why you would want posts deleted in this thread in the first place. I, in no way, have any say or control over how to do your job so if you think it's fine to delete posts I have no part in that, although that's not necessarily how you should go about doing your job here, I wouldn't know because I've never moderated a huge forum before.

When Knux was banned you gave me and choco permission to grief his tower. I still wasn't sure he was guilty, but since the server was being rolled back anyways I soaked it in lava. You watched. I don't know if Knux was unbanned before or after the rollback, but if it was before then that's likely what he saw. Otherwise, someone else must have re-griefed it after the rollback.

In fact, I'm beginning to doubt if Danny gives a shit about what's going on. Despite the never-ending complaints he receives about GhostHawk, he never actually does anything about it. There is no point in telling him not to do something because he'll still fucking do it regardless. I won't return to the server if he stays. This is a total injustice.

I do give a shit about what's going on, it affects my server and, indirectly, my wallet. I'm paying for a server to be run for you guys, you'd think I would give more shits if I was paying for something I care a lot about. I'm going over what information I have, which is skewed. You can't expect me to come up with an instant, permanent result when all I have to go on is a couple of images and a bunch of words that I can't entirely rely on.

Also, I expect people to stop doing something if they are told to, else bigger punishments will be handed out. I am doing something about GhostHawk, I demoted him. If anything else happens, I will proceed with more punishments, although at this time that is unnecessary as I am unsure what is going on besides somebody griefed something and you're trying to blame GhostHawk while he's trying to claim that you framed him or something. It has, to be honest, been a little confusing when neither of you will solidly explain something because it seems to have been strewn into several different directions.

I wasn't sure what happened besides him banning you from IRC and deleting one of your posts here. Both were unnecessary, but that doesn't mean he completely silenced you. Yes, you were banned from IRC, and one of your posts was deleted, but now you're unbanned from IRC and your deleted post at this point doesn't really matter because everybody seems past that. So, although both things he did were unnecessary, you can't say he silenced you. I would question his actions as it's not something I would have done in the position of a moderator, but I haven't been a moderator of a huge forums so I have no position to question his actions here.

This is when VSMBXVillage and the castle were in ruins and the server was going to be rolled back. If the server wasn't going to be rolled back, I wouldn't have allowed it. Basically everything was destroyed and there was no point in building before the rollback so I let them do whatever. I really don't see the harm in this, and I don't think you can even call it griefing since no damage was done and nothing was lost.

That isn't a liable excuse to use to not gather evidence such as screenshots. That makes your story less believable than I think you want it to, so you should have gathered screenshots to back your case like GhostHawk has.

What do you mean by "again"? This is the first time I've actually demoted one of my staff members (and hopefully will be the last time). Also, I banned you because you have no evidence to back up your attacks on GhostHawk and your stories aren't that believable. Yes, he harassed you, I addressed that and demoted him for abuse of his powers. You, on the other hand, have griefed several different things and are attempting to act innocent, which isn't working very well for you. GhostHawk has at least admitted to breaking the rules whereas you are attempting to cover something up by attacking him just because he was following you around.

Okay, how about you help me and explain where and what he griefed, and what rules he specifically broke. How about you give me the full details instead of an "etc."? That might help. Also, you have no evidence to go by, so you obviously aren't showing the whole story either. Come to think of it, GhostHawk has shown more evidence and has shown more of the story than you actually have, and he has contributed more to this than you actually have by giving logical answers to questions instead of going on about "Knux did this, Knux did that, justice must be served". If I didn't know any better I'd say you're framing GhostHawk just to get him into deep shit, which I'll admit you have done a pretty good job at pushing him around a bit that he got demoted, but that's not the point.

First off, I keep saying "if anything else happens" because you can't jump on a something and beat it to a bloody pulp before you have answers. At this point nothing else has really happened that has been groundbreaking, but progress is slowly being made, and you quite frankly aren't helping that much when you won't give any proof or evidence to back up your claims, thus tipping the odds in GhostHawk's favor as his side is more believable than yours currently. Yes, someone can still grief regardless of their position, do you think I not know that? As far as I'm aware, GhostHawk is not a sociopath and "will likely cause more shit". Hell, he's expanding the main town as-is and has helped not only build but rebuild, I don't think he'd go and destroy it afterward. I've deleted the post of you going to this thread blaming me (as you've only done so far), but this was after your grief anyway, so how could me deleting anything be a reason if I haven't done so yet? If I wanted to do this, don't you think I would have also deleted Vinyl's screenshot proving he wasn't doing anything, and you latching onto that afterwords? Wouldn't I have lied up and down about everything and deleted everything in order to prevent myself from being demoted?

This goes back to my old point of why I follow you in the first place. Stuff breaks when you're online, every time. It might be a mess as small as a few holes in the wall/floor, but it's still just enough to be annoying. I will continue to follow until you start showing that you're trust worthy. Sure it's technically breaking a rule, but if I hadn't "broken" the rule I wouldn't have been able to gather any of the screenshots showing that you were placing TNT in the castle. You're the one and only one left on the server who would be assumed to do this by not just me. In the time you've been banned on the server, nothing was destroyed. Instead everything has expanded, been built, and/or fixed up.

Also, personal attacks like calling me a "sociopath" and harassing me by posting things about me on other sites without my knowing won't have you lasting around here. This goes for non-staff too. It won't be tolerated, and has been a rule before, during, and will be after this discussion has concluded.

I've been deciding this over a while and the argument does seem to be going nowhere. I've decided on a final verdict.

GhostHawk, for abusing your operator powers, whether that was intentional or not, you have been officially demoted. I suggest you stick to the rules of the server now.

Knux, we have the littlest evidence that you did grief the server, so we are unbanning you. HOWEVER, if there is to be any griefing while you are online, you will be banned again. I have ruled out the possibilities of anyone else being the griefers, and your stories have been rather unbelievable and outrageous.

If you feel justice hasn't been served in the right way, feel free to discuss that. I'm ending the argument here, it's pointless, so stop discussing it.

I've already stated what will happen with Knux. If you spot anything suspicious going on, you can report it to the staff, but you don't have to watch him constantly.
