Can anyone make this? I looked on the internet and I couldn't find any rips.

Is this?You don't have post any image and i don't know that game,and sorry i doesn't know what animation it had.
Anyway if was this but you don't want the street,simply modify the background and delete it and color all with black
or tell me to do this.

PS:It replaces the night smbx background

I have a modfied version of this without the road I was working on ages ago,I never finished it because I needed the other half of the smaller volcano with the face. I couldn't get it, meaning it would not loop correctly. If I can get the other half of that volcano, I'll finish it, but it's a big "if" considering there really isn't much in the way of rips from Super Circuit.

Nevermind, I just found what I need, I'll get this finished and gift wrapped in no time.

That's what I managed to get done before I stopped. My only other concern is that it is an extremely small background, and that it will be dominated by the black pit and the blue fill of the topmost clouds.
