What is this Platformer game engine used for???

Hi people, i want to know what is this new engine youre talking about in the forums that allow create/edit SMBX levels, can anyone clarify it to me and give me instructions about how to find more information about that...

Its fully compatible engine that can edit SMBX levels. (But editor better than in original smbx)

Thanks for the info, seems that it is made using c++ and is open source, by that way other users can help to improve it, is really interesting, and i will look for its development progress..
