Hello everyone! I'm proud to bring back my project
Mario's Quest!

Mario's Quest Island of the Dark Stars will be bigger and better then what Mario's Quest was! It will have 7 levels, 1 airship, 1 fortress, and 1 castle per world!

Plot: show

Mario and gang receive a call that Bowser has become king of Yoshi Island by marring the queen, just to kill her once he became king, he is now making all the Yoshis into slaves and raising the tax to go higher, Bowser suddenly now has a group of Yoshis as minions, it is up to the Mario gang to destroy Bowser, collect the dark stars and turn Yoshis Island away from a place full of slaves as the economy is becoming poor and the Yoshis are dying drastically.

Yes, this project will include some levels that were backed up when i deleted my worlds folder, i sadly only could get 4 levels that were backed up :/

I could be a beta tester if you want, but do keep in mind that I won't be able to test your levels as much as you may hope (I also have my own episode to make), but if you want me to beta test then I could certainly try.

Looks really good, keep it up. However, I don't recommend using tanooki blocks as invisible blocks, because the player can reveal them with the tanooki power-up. There's also some cutoff in the cave screenshot (beneath the venus fire trap's pipe), nothing major though. Hope to see this finished one day

TBH, the Tanooki power-up is very rare, only found on the A and B worlds, If they get it and want to use it to see the blocks, idngas, i guess it could be a easter egg. Also, about the cutoff, that was on purpose because i will fix it once i finished that section (and when I'm not lazy).

That's great! As long as the deadlines you need the reviews by aren't too restricting, I should be able to manage it. I will also give any ideas and suggestions I have for levels in those reviews too!

I have some quick minor but not major updates that been happening
-1-3 is 80% finished, when im finished and the beta testers found all the bugs, i will post it as a quick preview of one of the levels in game
-1-4 is getting revamped
-1-1 is 65% finished
-1-2 is getting replaced
The rest of the levels are still being finished on and are not even halfway finished, I've been focusing a lot on my gaming discord servers, a ton of other community, maybe making a YouTube again, and of course... EXAMS! I really don't want to rush this project and i'll show you the levels to find bugs when i'm finished.

If i'm a beta tester, howcome I didn't receive any levels to test? Unless you meant that you haven't sent any beta testers the levels...

I finally sat down and looked at your project today and jeez is it good. I really like that pink sky castle picture, it looks beautiful. You seem to have a talent with making perfectly uncramped levels!
