you can't just make a difficult boss and just call it a touhou boss. Touhou is a game series, NOT a word for difficult bosses, also did you test this i god mode or something? The bullet bill placement is god damn ridicilous and it makes the level around 90% less fun and enjoyable

Gameplay: 0/10

This level isn't touhou, it was just some spam of bullet bills. It was also impossible and there weren't even mushrooms. There is an huge evidence that you didn't even test this. The level is really short too: just 5 seconds and you have beaten the level.

Atmosphere:1/10

It was a sky level, but only with 3 sceneries (under the platform). The music was unfitting at all because it's a bad remix of SMB3 world 4 music.

Pros:
-A decent sky atmosphere, altough there aren't many sceneries.

Cons:
-Too short level;
-This is just a spam of bullets;
-Unfitting music;
-Only a few sceneries;

Overall: 1/10

I agree with pretty much everything Christian07 and Little Boo said; the file size is needlessly bolstered by a WAV file, and the level is impossible to beat if you haven't memorized where all of the Bullet Bills will appear (and even then, it's still probably impossible).
