How to post screenshots

I don't get it, how do you get screenshots? Please help :D.
When I say this I mean on the forums.

Erm...not really. When you screenshot in SMBX, the file is saved automatically. You can just upload the taken screenshot to an image-hosting website of your choice and IMG it from there.
