how do i post levels in SMBX forums?

i am kinda new to the forums so i don't now how to post levels in the forums and i already finish my first level so i want to post it in the forums but i don't now how to post levels

Put your level, along with all custom graphics/music and anything else it needs to function, into a zipped folder (.ZIP). Upload that to MediaFire, Dropbox, or another hosting site, and then you can post a link to it. Please have a look at the Levels forum rules as well.

This was helpful, but what do I need to do to post screenshots? Do I upload them to the forums using something like mediafire as well?
