Tower of Bias Collection will be happening

I have every level entered into every contest that a tower was made for. I will be making a new tower for all 568 levels! I will restate my plan here:

Upon the start of the game, you will come to menu screen that will say the following:

I will have it set up so you will be able to play the original towers, or a hub to play all of levels in order of lowest to highest score.
I will give every one a chance to update there OWN level from any contest, but the original level will remain in the episode as a compilation. (All edits done in the original towers can not be undone)
As you can see from the menu, I will make an area in "Tower of Bias 8" to bring the original tier one and two back; as such, I will remove the star from levels that are Kaizo (Such as あきはばら by Zyglrox Odyssey, sorry that I am removing the star, but no one will get 100% otherwise Zyglrox Odyssey) and levels that can not be beaten at all.
There will be a boss rush feature as well. (I will replicate every tower boss in the series, and make them refightable)
For Tower of Bias Collection, I will ask the community if they want to make one of it's tiers and a boss for it, just ask. (Do not be mean and try to call a tier someone else has already claimed. First come, first serve. I will be linnet since I plan on posting this on http://www.SuperMarioBrosX.org / Raocow.talkhaus.com as well as here. (No luna coding allowed since all of the contests have disallowed it. Even the Towers have no luna I have no intention of making every one download luna!)

This is half of the reason I am not using the "Make a Good Level X 2" script Horikawa Otane gave me. (Sorry Horikawa Otane, you will still be in the credits under "Special Thanks")
Contests that have no score will not be in the list for the collection tower (one and two).
Contest that are not out of 10 will be redone on a 10 point scale.
Every one who has every submitted a contest level or judges the contest will be on the credits list.
Due to limitations, it is impossible to list every person who has ever made a graphic for these levels.

Now on to business. This has 568 levels. The 27 levels from Community Contest 1 and 29 from Community Contest 2 do not have scores. As such, only the 512 that do will be order from lowest to highest. Because I am making this have it's own tiering system from the contest, how many levels in a tier or how many tiers should we have total?

This is not a project per sé, but just a small compilation. It will be released shortly after Tower of Bias 10 to mark the end of the series. All I need to do is set the warps and make the menu levels, as well as the tiers. The main help I need is the reviews from Contest 3, 4, and 5!

Where would the ToBC levels be from? A brand new contest or a previous contest?

No, there was no episode for them (though you could make a custom hub for them). Also yes, I have reviews and it appears that there was only one judge, which I don't remember.

EDIT: castlewars was a judge.

Small question, will the SMBX Revived contest levels be included or no, since that contest did follow many of the standard procedures as with the other community contests for their eventual Tower of Bias compilation?

How about a Yoshi's Island theme?
Also, can it not be a tower? Instead, how about having a theme of the player travelling around the world?

Okay, I'm ready to send you all the SMBX:R Contest levels, but there's one big problem. I don't know who created these levels:

Foliage Forest
Sandswept Ruins
Splended Sunfield

If someone knows who created them, I'd be happy!
