Ok that looks Touhou-styled , but a lot of parts are very easy that you didn't even need to dodge them, also the last part is the hardest , you need very tricky to beat these bireballs, and after that , you get a star , well, I'll give this thing 4/10.

I'd like to say this doesn't even seem to be a touhou boss. It's way too easy (I didn't even die) and it's very short.

1.) He's not forced to make reviews when he's posting on this topic
2.) Touhou bosses are knows for being hard, and this is kinda easy.

My (quick) unofficial review:

I had no real problems with this level. My biggest complaint, though, was how, in the second phase, the Sawblades were pretty much pointless because it was impossible to get hit by any of them, even if you jumped. Another major issue is that the form with the fire-thingies replacing the Rinka was impossible. Not even joking, honestly. There was no way to get past this form because the things replacing the Rinka were coming at you from both sides. Also, once the star appears, you should set the music to "None". Otherwise, the atmosphere was pretty good (despite the background which clashes a bit with the atmosphere: Note SMW is cartoony and SMB3 is detailed) and the music was nice. The first section's music would fit more for an inside section, though. And there was a small cut-off in between the door and the ground in the first section.

So uh, I think this deserves a 4. Under average but not trashcan quality, either. I can definitely see you put effort into this.

After having played your level, not only would I consider that a full review, I'd say it's very accurate as well. If you want something more specific, the part where the Bullet Bills are generated from the pipes can be broken by simply standing on one of the pipes. Also, when the firebar fireballs appeared, that would normally be unfair due to the fact that there's no way to react to them, but they're too sparse to be of any threat. Even the "hard" part with the Rinkas can easily be broken by jumping before they launch, then running under them.

Seriously, though: when the star appeared, I laughed.
