I really liked the concept of this level. The idea of mixing 3 completely different level environments together is still something I don't see commonly in levels. To be frank, I downright hate all types of underwater levels, but that shouldn't really affect your score, and if you feel it does, I apologize.
Now, let me address an issue I had when playing through this level. At a particular part with moving pipes, namely the only part of the level with a saw, I had an extremely large amount of lag around that general area, but I didn't at any part of the level. I'm not sure what caused this, but I actually died several times before I actually got past this part, much to my dismay.
Just like the last level I reviewed, this one had no custom graphics or music, which in turn was actually a good thing. You did a good job on this level without using custom graphics music, and I want to let this be a lesson for new level designers. You don't need custom graphics or music to make a good level!
There isn't really anything bad to say about this level, other than the peculiar lag I got at that one part I mentioned previously, but that may just be on my end. One thing I do have to criticize is the lack of secrets in the level. Maybe you could have thrown in at least one bonus room? That's all I really feel this level is missing, and I found plenty of opportunities where you could have added one.
8.5/10
EDIT: It's a shame your level was disqualified, it was really nice!
