This is a level from my new project "Super Mario Generations"
The level is about going further and further up!

It's been a long time I played SMBX and I really wanted to create a level again, so I've been working on this one. :)

A solid level, but there are a few issues
For starters, the friction balls (or homing spiny egg things) in the bubbles make for somewhat annoying level design, especially later in the first half with the generators
Speaking of the first part, the water part near the end is kind of unnecessary, and a bit annoying, especially with the friction balls generator.
Also, why give us the hammer bros suit after the checkpoint? The first hidden one was fine, just turn the one after the checkpoint into something like a fire flower or an ice flower.
It's also a bit cluttered in general, and I find the purple Yoshi unnecessary, turn it into a green one.
Overall, a somewhat solid level, with quite a few flaws that need to be fixed.
Keep on level making!

Overall the level was okay. It has a good athmosphere and I liked the block tileset. I did find a couple of problems.

The berries are in the foreground and do look strange when you stand "behind" them. You did not have to place it in the foreground.

I did find a couple of coins that clipped through the ground. Make sure when you make slopes, try disabling auto-align for more precision coin placement.

You did a good job on the BGOs in the first section, but the sky section was too empty.

With the NPCs you did a really good job with the chomps. They were all plaaced in a fair way.

The biggest problem with the level were the spinies. I liked the gimmick of how the fighter fly popped some of the bubbles, but the spinies are too tough. The level was spammed with these in the first section, and if they were replaced with a easier enemy it would have been fine. The spinies were a bit better placed in the sky section, except one part. I did see the hidden hammer suit secret in the beggining, but you should not rely on the secrets to justify the level's difficulty. There was also another hammer suit after the checkpoint, which I feel was too overpowered. The level was'nt too difficult even with all the spinies, but did get a bit annoying after a while. The secrets were placed correctly. I also liked what you did at the end

You did do a good job, once I found the hammer suit the level was really fun to play.

Up review
This level was more fun than I actually expected for the first time

Design & Gameplay: Good
+ I enjoyed playing this level, and not just in a slight amount. (even if it wasn't a memorable experience) It is quite refreshing since it doesn't really feel like a usual sky level for some reason... I like the way you had the bouncy spiny eggs in bubbles and I can say the same about the Fighter Fly placement.
| The difficulty and the NPC placement is acceptable, but it's still incostinent and not really the best. Sometimes the difficulty is about World 3 but sometimes it's World 7, mostly because the amount of enemies. The lakitu section felt quite spammy, and I also found the projectile spiny egg generator section a bit weird and I wouldn't really make a hard but not so tricky jump skippable with a warp, I'd rather just make the jump a little easier. The vine growing out of water but no ground doesn't make sense either.

Atmosphere & Visuals: Good
+ I cannot say much about the atmosphere, since I didn't find clash and it felt like a decent sky atmosphere. The music fits the level well too.
| This level slightly lacked of background objects but it wasn't really a big problem. The slope formations were slightly questionable but they didn't feel that unnatural either, so I don't count this as a flaw.

Score: 6.75/10
An enjoyable sky level without any major but quite a few minor flaws
