I think I realized the boxes on the floor of the convey . Are the means to grab power ups . This episode want to make one thing different from other episodes . I want to do one thing only mine.

Also, you should fix your playable, I can see some 1x1 pixels.

I like how you completely ignored him asking if you could upload to a different website. Nobody is going to register an account on 4shared to download your episode, so try putting it on MediaFire, DropBox, or sendspace.

I also like how you completely misinterpreted his response. What he is trying to say that Murphmario is not allowed to use his recolored tileset with a few add-ons.

BTW, it isn't everyday that you see a character other than those from the Mario series that is starred.

What Syndrilevosse is trying to say is that he ignored Murphmario's petition for changing the hosting site, the fact that he told Murphmario that he is not allowed to use his graphics is pretty much clear judging from his post to be honest.

I request you to not steal any of my Graphics - especially when i do not allow it. By this i am talking about the BGOs (the transparent yellow Stars in the Air, the Star Bushes, the Star Flowers, and the blue Crystals) , that you just have reshaded from my original ones from my Project.
I have written all over my Project's Topic and in the Demo-Folder of my Project, that none of the Graphics are free for any use !

So please remove them, as this is clearly stealing !

Wait, there's no need to actually cancel your project just because you stole some graphics, all you have to do is remove them and the problem would be solved. Not just that, if you start cancelling projects, the completion of any other project you might start won't be any close to reality. You should try to stay with this project instead of cancelling it because of a little mistake.

TBH, I see the problem with taking and using someone's graphics unadulterated without consent, but not when he could have coincidentally made his sprites similar in look to the one complaining about his graphics being stolen or if he based off his own "sprites" from someone else's.

BTW, canceling the project because of said accusations isn't a good reason, as you could always try to either fight the accusation or passively make your graphic from scratch.

There's no need to cancel it. You can restart the levels with the graphics what Sednaiur used.

I think you mean, "don't take anyones Graphics without givng Credit, right ^^ ? Stealing Graphics isn't excused by giving Credit !

As i told you already in a PM, you do not need to cancel your Project, but never steal Graphics again. Just remove them and move on with your Project :-)

The given Case is, that he took them, and i compared them. I have made them almost a Year ago, and they even use the exact same Colors and Pallette. They have the exact same Size and Shape. I wouldn't say what i have said, when i wasn't sure about it. But still, i understand what you mean.

I am also in the Opinion that he shouldn't cancel his Project. I think it is not neccessary to cancel it, just because he cannot use my Graphics. And since he apologized and seem to understand the Situation, there is no need to ride further on that.
He just should resume working on his Project, but without using anones GFX again without Permission :-)
