Woah, hang on, what are you talking about "graphics don't look good?" They DO look good! In the second screen, for instance, that's a very original idea. Iv'e never seen anyone do that before.

It's funny that I just saw that kind of level design in an MaGLX2 level (toad house tiles layered on blocks)

In the second screen, you should put that piranha plant in a pipe. Also I don't think the bones in the first screen fits. Looks decent for a first project, though.

Those screens look good so far for a first project! There are some flaws but they're already mentioned by RudeGuy.
Also, the usage of Link is p. unique, especially if they're specialized to him.

Looks pretty interesting so far, though it might be a good idea to change the colour of the cave background to tie in more with the ice theme. Otherwise, this is looking very promising. :)
