Ive been pretty "AFK" lately working on other projects, but I decided to cut a few hours to make this. Credit to Sednaiur for the idea for the brick

No actually, I made it myself. I basically mixed the SMB3 and SMW special blocks while adding color and shape myself

The look alright. Its just that the colors are weird. Not a lot shading, but maybe that is just me.

Actually theres more shading than the average block, but the colors aren't that different.
